Not only are their bathing suits cute and great quality, the customer service at Oneoneswimwear is amazing! They are so professional and the response time is very fast. I had an issue that was completely my fault and they were very understanding in resolving it. If I could give 10 stars I would! I highly recommend Oneoneswimwear for their amazing quality bathing suits but even more so for the excellent customer service experience!

They do not honor returns. I have sent 3 emails requesting a return and have not heard back. Looks like I am not the only person to have this issue.

Besides their amazing bathing suit quality, their customer service Is just as great! I had a wonderful experience with customer service. I was a bit worried my order wouldn’t arrive in time for my baby moon (delay with FedEx) so I emailed them and got a response within 24 hours and received my order 48 hours later! Just in time for my vacation.

Okay so I see a lot of bad reviews and fake ones but this a real review I promise. I bought a swimsuit from here a while ago and it came super quick and was great quality. So i ordered 4 more! And I was nervous too because of the bad reviews but they all came within a week and are great quality! The only thing I did notice is that on their instagram they do delete peoples comments about complaining and their customer service isn’t great. But if you are sure about your size and won’t need to return anything I say go for it. I’ve had a great experience with this company and it’s my favorite brand!

Ordered because it was 50% off. bikinis are made in Colombia and was stopped by European customs. Had to pay 40EUR extra. Contacted customer services and instagram account. My comment was deleted and my messages remain unanswered. Do not order. There are better brands online.

Ordered a whole heap of swimsuits from here, and realised my mistake almost immediately. Took weeks to ship out, and when they arrived the quality was like something from zaful - not nearly worth the $120 apiece. I contacted customer service for a return, which they apparently do for free. Took several days and several emails to get a returns label, but when I printed it out all of the information was wrong! My post office wouldn’t accept the package because it wouldn’t get through customs. Lodged a dispute with PayPal, and they wouldn’t even respond to me there! I eventually just sent the item back to one one with the incorrect shipping labels because they weren’t responding to my emails, and when I checked the tracking they’d arrived and been signed for by OneOne a week ago! And I still hadn’t got my return!
Anyway I lodged a claim with PayPal, who ruled in my favour and I got my money back. Looking through these reviews, it seems like they make the returns process as difficult as possible to avoid giving refunds for their crappy products. Also, all of the positive reviews are posted within hours of one another, so I assume they’re fake. Basically, a total scam
If you still want to order, pay with PayPal and be relentless in getting a refund. I really believe I only got my money back because I wouldn’t give up harassing them. A better idea would just be not to shop with them in the first place

The best bikini company!! So flattering and has the best cut bottoms that I’ve ever owned! You will not be disappointed

Ordered my first bikini on a Monday. It shipped from South America so I thought it might take a while to get to Maryland but I actually got it 7 days later. This is my first time spending more than $30 on a suit so I was a little bit nervous about the price but this is the best bathing suit I've ever worn. It's thick, flattering, colorful, and so comfortable. I actually already ordered two more colors, like within a day of receiving the first, lol. Highly recommend.

Fits perfectly and gives you a nice little lift even if you don’t have the biggest boobies, I’m obsessed!
